Immigration Medical Assessment!

If you are applying for immigration, ETHC offers medical consultations and X Ray and facilitate all other laboratory investigations for you and your family. Immigration assessment involves atleast two appointments with our medical staff.

You may need to bring with you:

• your immigration medical forms
• three passport size photos
• your passport

In the forms you will have to fill the details about your medical history, current medical status. These need to be completed prior to your attending doctor’s appointment.
