Philosophy
ETHC has been built around the philosophy that health can only be improved by building strong relationships with patients. Hence patient satisfaction is paramount to the staff. Dr Patel’s long standing links with patients for many years allows for true understanding of challenges within the communities and enables health services, delivery and training of staff be tailored to meet the patient’s needs. Dr. Patel’s vision for community based, high quality medical care will always be how ETHC will deliver its care. The Patient Centric philosophy associated with a can-do attitude has enabled ETHC to respond to the vision and needs of Ministry of Health as well as the Counties Manukau District Health Board.
