Bairds Road Clinic is an A & M Clinic

ETHC ensures that all services provided to our patients are necessary, appropriate, timely, of the required quality, and not excessive in number or duration and ensure compliance with the current Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers Rights and the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, and all reasonable instructions and directions of ACC in relation to the services provided at our clinic.

ETHC has been successfully audited against the Standards for Accident and Medical Clinics and will maintain compliance with the standards by adopting a comprehensive need based approach that will take into account your needs for:
- treatment
- rehabilitation
- maintaining or regaining independence, and
- education and injury prevention, where applicable
